Preparation CAM Specialist

Essential Job Functions:
- Understands technologies and the product line to develop applicable and effective approaches for supporting software solutions.
- Evaluates customer business requirements and translates them into appropriate technical solutions using software products.
- Collaborates with Technical Centers to assist local sales representatives in presenting software products and providing support on technical questions.
- Provides product training to both internal sales/service associates and customers.
- Advises on the creation of content for marketing materials, sales manuals, and product documents.
- Maintains customer relations to update subscriptions or contracts, inform about new releases, and obtain feedback.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field or related experience.
- Prior experience in technical sales and support in software and/or machine tool industry is highly preferred.
- Experience with CAD/CAM (NX, MasterCAM, Esprit, etc.) software is highly preferred.
- Experience in CNC machining and programming is preferred.
- Basic understanding of software infrastructure and Information Technology.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to deliver engaging training and presentations.
- Excellent writing and editing skills.
- Strong work ethic, ability, and passion to research and learn new technologies.
- Ability to work independently as well as on a team
