Additive Manufacturing Technician

We are seeking an Additive Manufacturing Technician to join a dynamic product development team focused on precision and innovation.

As a Technician, you’ll play a key role in prototype fabrication and product development. From concept through design, prototyping, testing, and production, you’ll help bring advanced products to life. This role requires hands-on operation of 3D printing systems, post-processing equipment, and meticulous machine maintenance.

You will collaborate closely with engineers and designers to refine processes, improve designs, and ensure prototypes meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

• Safely handle powder feedstock materials and operate 3D additive printing systems.
• Set up and run post-printing and powder removal processes.
• Maintain detailed records and adhere to quality and safety protocols.
• Perform regular maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of machines.
• Support process improvement and innovation initiatives.
• Keep the workspace clean and organized.
• Work collaboratively to take products from concept through production.

• 2 years’ experience in additive manufacturing.
• Experience with 3D Systems additive manufacturing machines is a plus.
• Background in machining or model making, ideally in medical or precision-engineered products.
• Familiarity with CNC, manual milling, lathes, or EDM machining is advantageous.
• Experience with design/CAM software: Creo, Magics, 3D Expert, Mastercam, or similar.
• Associate’s degree in Additive Manufacturing or Bachelor’s in Engineering with relevant coursework.
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Windows).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to wear PPE (helmet, respirator, heat shroud) for extended periods when required.
