Job Title: CNC programmer

The CNC Swiss Programmer / Set-Up role involves collaborating closely with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and Production teams on both new parts/projects and existing job workflows. Responsibilities include training team members to maintain quality and production standards, meeting or exceeding customer requirements, achieving production rates, and monitoring parts through first article and in-process inspections using precision measuring equipment such as micrometers, calipers, gage pins, thread gages, drop indicators, and vision/probing systems.

Use precision measuring equipment to verify part quality

Document activities in the ERP system

Manage tooling and materials

Perform daily maintenance and cleaning
Minimum Requirements & Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
-
3–5 years of Swiss machining with programming experience

Proficient in blueprint reading and GD&T

Strong computer skills

Effective communication with team members and management

Comfortable working with small, close-tolerance parts and using microscopes for inspection
